401(k) Retirement Investment Plan. Save for retirement and save on taxes. Now that’s a true win-win. If you qualify, you can invest between 1% and 50% of your eligible pay in pre-tax, after-tax or Roth 401(k) payroll deductions. A third win? Bloomingdale’s makes an annual match on a portion of your pre-tax savings. Just a little extra security from us to future you.
Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts. Any associate eligible for health care benefits can also enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Contribute to it on a pre-tax basis and use the account to cover out-of-pocket costs like deductibles, co-pays, even dental and vision expenses.

If so, you’ll definitely want to take advantage of our Tuition Assistance program. It’s available to Bloomingdale’s executives with at least one year of service and for approved job-related graduate and/or undergraduate degree programs. Reimbursement is awarded based on grades earned.
